Returns accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking.

Products marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase are excluded from return eligibility.

3. Return Initiation Process

Step 1: Email info@lodgecestiron.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return
  • Return reason
  • Photographs for damage, defect, or wrong-item claims

Step 2: Receive return instructions before shipping.

Items shipped without prior authorization may be refused or experience processing delays.

4. Return Shipping Cost
Lodgecastiron pays return shipping for all eligible returns.

No restocking fees apply to any returns.

5. Refund Schedule

Bank Processing Period: Financial institutions may require 6 to 10 additional business days to post the credit to your account.

Outbound Shipping Fees: Not applicable. All orders receive free shipping, so no shipping fees are refunded.

6. Undeliverable Shipments
When a package returns to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or delivery refusal, we contact you to arrange reshipment. Any carrier return fees incurred may be deducted from refunds when applicable.

7. Exchange Requests
Contact us to request an exchange. Exchanges processed based on current inventory availability. When exchange items are unavailable, we process a refund instead.
